Maintenance program features

Proactive maintenance and repairs
Reactive, emergency service rarely brings the system back to peak efficiency, so your operating costs may continue to rise. A preventative maintenance program maximizes your system’s efficiency, increasing the life of your system.

Computerized maintenance scheduling
We provide maintenance tasks based on your specific equipment, and schedule by building location, type of equipment, operating conditions and equipment run time. This ensures that your equipment is maintained on time, every time.

CFC certified
Refrigerant containment procedures are strictly followed.

Air filter service
We use all pleated air filters and we always change the fresh air filters.

Emergency service
Available 24 hours, 7 days a week. We offer priority service with a four-hour response time.

Customer cost review
After the first contract year, we review mechanical operating costs to evaluate the benefit of the maintenance program.
